When you shall log in, it is important that your Browser accept cookies. If you are told that your email address don't exist, you may have not set your Browser to accept cookies.
If you still problems to log in, you can also try use the "InPrivate" feature if you are using Microsoft Edge/Explorer. When you use InPrivate tabs, your browsing data (like cookies, history, or temporary files) isn't stored on your PC after you're done. Microsoft Edge/Explorer deletes temporary data from your PC after all of your InPrivate tabs are closed.
